FTC Cerebral Refunds

Cerebral agreed to pay more than $5 million to settle FTC charges that it promised easy cancellation, then made customers work through a complex process and kept charging them. You may be eligible if you tried to cancel before May 2022 and were still charged after your cancellation request; the page gives that cutoff but no start date, and does not say how many payments are going out or their total. Cash a check within 90 days, or accept a PayPal payment within 30. Questions go to the administrator, Epiq Systems, on 1-888-884-6036 or info@CerebralRefund.com. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
