FTC BetterHelp Refunds

The administrator is sending a second round of payments totaling more than $2.6 million to over 534,000 people who accepted a first payment, following nearly $5.2 million sent in June 2024 under BetterHelp's $7.8 million privacy settlement with the FTC. You may be eligible if you signed up and paid for services on a BetterHelp site, including MyTherapist, Teen Counseling, Faithful Counseling, Pride Counseling, iCounseling, Regain, and Terappeuta, between August 1, 2017, and December 31, 2020. Payments go out by PayPal, Zelle, and check, and the page does not give a deadline to cash or accept one. Questions go to the administrator, Ankura Consulting Group, on 1-833-637-4774 or info@BetterHelpRefundProgram.com. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
