Mercurys Coffee Washington job posting settlement
Mercurys Madness, which runs Mercurys Coffee Co., settled a claim that its Washington job postings left out the wage scale, salary range or a general description of benefits. Anyone who applied for a Washington job opening with the company between January 1, 2023 and August 10, 2026 may be eligible, and there is no claim form: the $450,000.00 fund is split equally among class members who do not opt out, so the amount per person depends on how large the class turns out to be and no figure is guaranteed. By October 21, 2026 a class member can update a mailing address, choose a digital payment, opt out or object — the official site charges nothing for any of that. The court decides final approval on January 8, 2027.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.

Expected
The court considers final approval on January 8, 2027, and the FAQ says payments are sent after that and after any appeals. Payments go void 180 days after they are issued.
Read off the official notice, in its own words. These dates slip — an appeal can move a distribution by a year or more — so treat it as the administrator's plan rather than a schedule.

Kyle Mitchell v. Mercurys Madness Inc. · 25-2-18461-7 SEA · Superior Court of Washington, King County
No claim form is involved. Class members who do not opt out each receive an equal share of the $450,000.00 fund, less the $150,000.00 in attorneys' fees and the $15,000.00 service award the FAQ says will be requested from it, so the amount per person depends on the size of the class and is not guaranteed. The official site has no per-person estimate. By October 21, 2026 a class member can update their address, pick a digital payment instead of a check, opt out or object.
