Anyone who applied for a Washington job opening with Talkdesk between January 1, 2023 and July 26, 2025 may be eligible for an equal share of a fund that starts at $1,828,288.00 and rises toward $2,785,000.00 as claims come in, with each share capped at $5,000.00 — so the figure is an estimate, not a promise. The online form opens with the LoginID and PIN from the mailed notice, which the administrator will reissue, and a claim can be mailed or emailed instead; no receipts are asked for.
