Sizzling Platter Washington job posting settlement
Sizzling Platter settled a claim that its Washington job postings for crew member and lead roles left out the wage scale, salary range or general description of benefits that state law requires. People who applied online for one of those Washington positions between January 1, 2023 and July 26, 2025 may be eligible, and every valid claim takes an equal share of a fund the notice puts at between $634,472.50 and $937,650.00, so the amount per person depends on how many people claim. The online form opens with the LoginID and PIN from the mailed notice — the administrator will reissue them — and a paper form can be mailed or emailed instead, with no receipts asked for. Claims are due November 17, 2026, filing on the official site is free, and the court considers final approval on February 19, 2027.

Expected
The court takes up final approval on February 19, 2027, and the notice says payments follow once that and any appeals are finished. Checks go void 121 days after they are issued.
Read off the official notice, in its own words. These dates slip — an appeal can move a distribution by a year or more — so treat it as the administrator's plan rather than a schedule.

Everyone with a valid claim takes an equal share of what is left of the class fund. The notice puts the fund at a minimum of $634,472.50 and a maximum of $937,650.00 depending on how many people claim, and lists $281,295.00 in attorneys' fees, $10,000.00 in costs and $20,000.00 in class representative awards coming out of it, so no per-person figure is settled yet and none is guaranteed. The online form opens with the LoginID and PIN printed on the mailed notice; the administrator reissues them on request, and a paper form can be mailed or emailed instead. No receipts are involved.
