FTC Warrior Trading Refunds

The FTC is sending 17,121 payments totaling over $410,000 to people who paid for Warrior Trading's day trading programs, a second round after more than $2.4 million went out in January 2023. This round goes to customers who accepted that first payment; cash a check within 90 days and accept a PayPal payment within 30. The FTC's page does not state a date range for qualifying purchases, so call the refund administrator at 1-844-633-0694 to check. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
