FTC Hey Dude Refunds

The FTC is sending 27,916 payments totaling more than $386,000 to people who bought shoes from Hey Dude and accepted an earlier refund, a second round after the August 2024 payments returned more than $1.4 million. Money goes out by check or PayPal — cash a check within 90 days, accept a PayPal payment within 30. The FTC's page does not state a purchase date range, so call the refund administrator on 1-877-495-1096 to check whether you may be eligible. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
