FTC GOAT Refunds
The FTC is sending 6,205 payments totaling more than $100,000 to people who paid the online sneaker and apparel marketplace GOAT for expedited shipping between 2020 and 2024 and then had their orders shipped late. This round follows the more than $736,000 GOAT returned directly to customers in 2025, and it goes to people that earlier round did not reach. If you paid GOAT extra for faster delivery in those years and never got a refund from the company, you may be eligible. Payments arrive automatically by check or PayPal with no claim form to file — cash a check within 90 days, accept a PayPal payment within 30, and remember the FTC never asks anyone to pay money to receive a refund.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.

Expected
The FTC says this round of 6,205 payments goes out in October 2026, by check or PayPal. It does not publish a date for the first payment.
Read off the official notice, in its own words. These dates slip — an appeal can move a distribution by a year or more — so treat it as the administrator's plan rather than a schedule.

Average payment — our estimate
$16
This is our own arithmetic from the figures on the official page, not a number the administrator published.
Our estimate: the more than $100,000 the FTC reports, divided by the 6,205 payments it says it is sending — about $16 each. The FTC has published no average, and amounts vary with the expedited shipping each person paid for.
An average is not a forecast of any individual payment. Plans that pay pro rata, in tiers, or against documented losses produce amounts that vary enormously around it — many land well below the average, and some claims are paid nothing.

There is no claim form: the FTC pays from records of who bought expedited shipping, so amounts differ from person to person. Cash a check within 90 days, or accept a PayPal payment within 30. Every figure here is an estimate rather than a promise, and the FTC never charges a fee to send a refund.
