FTC Fashion Nova Settlement

The FTC is sending 148,351 payments totaling nearly $2.4 million to people who bought products from Fashion Nova before November 21, 2019 and filed a valid claim before the deadline, after the FTC said the retailer hid hundreds of thousands of negative product reviews. The claims deadline was August 15, 2023 and no new claims are being accepted, so this money goes only to people who already filed, in the payment type they chose. Cash a check within 90 days, accept a PayPal payment within 30, and direct questions to the settlement administrator on 1-855-678-0018. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
