Playstudios social casino virtual chip settlement

White v. Playstudios US, LLC in the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Alabama settles claims over virtual chips sold in myVEGAS, myVEGAS Blackjack, myVEGAS Bingo, Pop! Slots, myKONAMI Slots and MGM Slots Live. You may be eligible if you spent money in one of those apps while physically in Alabama from March 8, 2022, Kentucky from July 5, 2018 to June 29, 2023, Ohio or Massachusetts from July 26, 2022, Tennessee from November 12, 2022, or New Jersey from January 2, 2024 - the later windows all run to June 30, 2026. Do nothing and you receive virtual coins worth 27 percent of what you spent, paid over two years; file the election form with your Game ID by October 21, 2026 and you take 23 percent as cash instead, after fees and costs are deducted. Filing on the official site is free, and the court rules at a hearing on November 10, 2026.

Expected

The FAQ says virtual coins arrive in installments over two years, and a cash election is paid after the court approves the settlement at the November 10, 2026 hearing. No distribution date is published yet.

Read off the official notice, in its own words. These dates slip — an appeal can move a distribution by a year or more — so treat it as the administrator's plan rather than a schedule.

White, et al. v. Playstudios US, LLC · 33-CV-2025-900186.00 · Circuit Court of Franklin County, Alabama

Doing nothing gets you virtual coins worth 27 percent of what you spent, paid in installments over two years. Electing cash instead pays 23 percent of what you spent, less platform fees, administration costs, attorneys' fees and incentive payments, and capped at 17 percent of the total settlement. You need your Game ID to file the election form, and the site has a page for looking it up. Both figures are estimates and are not guaranteed.
