New York Denny's franchise unpaid wages settlement (Reveille Management and Top Line Restaurants)

New York's Attorney General settled with Reveille Management and Top Line Restaurants, which run 23 Denny's franchise locations in Central and Western New York, over spread-of-hours pay their staff were owed. If you worked a day there of more than 10 hours from start to finish between January 1, 2019 and April 30, 2026 and were not paid an extra hour at minimum wage for it, you may be eligible for a share of $440,000. The administrator is mailing, emailing and texting notices with a claim ID, and the Attorney General's page gives a deadline of October 31, 2026 plus a helpline for workers who never got one. Filing is free.

When the money moves

What the official materials say about the payment schedule for this settlement, and what the administrator has published since. Every figure below is linked to the page it was read from.

Expected

The Attorney General's page says the administrator started sending notices in August 2026 and pays approved claims on a rolling, monthly basis by check, ACH, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or virtual Mastercard.

Read off the official notice, in its own words. These dates slip — an appeal can move a distribution by a year or more — so treat it as the administrator's plan rather than a schedule.

Covered products and services

  • Denny's restaurants in Central and Western New York

The $440,000 settlement covers spread-of-hours pay the Attorney General says these 23 franchise locations owed their staff. The office identified eligible workers from company payroll records rather than publishing a per-person figure, so any amount is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility questions

These questions help you decide whether to read the official notice. They are not a legal determination.

Did you work at one of the 23 Denny's locations run by Reveille Management or Top Line Restaurants in New York on or after January 1, 2019?
Did you work a day there that ran more than 10 hours from the start of the workday to the end, counting breaks and split shifts?
Were you paid an extra hour at the minimum wage for those long workdays?

New York calls this spread-of-hours pay. If it was already paid, this settlement does not cover you.
