ITS Technologies handprint timeclock settlement

ITS Technologies & Logistics has agreed to settle claims that it had Illinois workers clock in by scanning a partial handprint or fingerprint without the written disclosure and consent the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act requires. If you were employed by the company in Illinois and used one of those timeclocks between September 8, 2017 and August 29, 2024, you may be eligible; the settlement FAQ estimates about $964.48 per eligible class member, and that figure moves with how many valid claims arrive. Workers covered by a collective bargaining agreement are excluded. Claim forms must reach the administrator by December 4, 2026, the court considers final approval on January 7, 2027, and filing on the official settlement site is free.
