High 5 Games virtual coin settlement

PTT, LLC, which trades as High 5 Games, and High 5 Entertainment have agreed to settle a long-running class action alleging the High 5 Casino and High 5 Vegas apps amounted to unlicensed gambling under Washington law. The class is people who played or bought virtual coins on either app in Washington between April 9, 2014 and October 1, 2022, identified from billing address, IP address or platform records — if that includes you, you may be eligible. Payments are calculated from how much you spent in the apps during that period and from the number of valid claims, so no fixed amount is promised. Claims close November 13, 2026, and filing on the official settlement site is free.

Payments are worked out from the total dollar amount of in-app purchases a class member made during the class period and from how many valid claims come in, with further contingent payments tied to the defendants' net income and any liquidity event. No fixed per-person figure is published, so any amount you see quoted elsewhere is an estimate.
