The FTC is sending 153,940 payments totaling more than $2.8 million to people billed for "free trial" offers of personal care products and supplements from Apex Capital Group, including Authentic Yacon, Original Garcinia, Dermanique and NeuroXR, who were charged full price and enrolled in a monthly plan they never agreed to. Cash a check within 90 days. The FTC's page does not state a date range for qualifying purchases, so call the refund administrator at 1-844-541-3531 to check. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.
