Expected

No payment date is published. The notice sets a final approval hearing for November 18, 2026, and cash claims are paid pro rata.

Read off the official notice, in its own words. These dates slip — an appeal can move a distribution by a year or more — so treat it as the administrator's plan rather than a schedule.

Davis, et al. v. Southern Graphics, Inc. · 3:25-cv-563 · U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky

Two options. One is a pro rata share of the net fund with no receipts, and the administrator has not yet published the per-person figure, so no amount is listed here. The other is up to $3,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses incurred between December 2, 2024 and November 3, 2026, which need proof such as receipts. Two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete with $1 million in fraud insurance comes on top of either. Payments are estimates. The online form needs the LoginID and PIN from the mailed notice.
