State attorney-general restitution · Open
Shopin coin offering investor restitution (New York Attorney General)
New York's Attorney General keeps an open claim form for people who put money into Shopin's 2018 initial coin offering. Eran Eyal, the company's chief executive, was convicted of felony securities fraud on December 11, 2019 over forged contracts and false claims that Shopin had run product trials with major retailers; he was ordered to pay $125,000 in restitution and to surrender cryptocurrency then valued at about $450,000. If you invested in that offering, directly or through a syndicate, you may be eligible to be considered — the office asks for the transaction hash, wallet addresses and any SAFT or investment confirmation you kept. No deadline is published, the page states that filing does not guarantee restitution, and submitting the form on the Attorney General's own site is free.

Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County
The Attorney General's announcement says Eyal was ordered to pay $125,000 in restitution, to pay $475,000 in judgments to investors in an earlier company, and to surrender cryptocurrency then valued at roughly $450,000. No fund total for Shopin investors and no payment schedule is published, and the claim page says plainly that completing the form does not guarantee any restitution.
