LifeStance Health website tracking settlement
LifeStance Health Group has agreed to a $3,027,874.44 settlement of claims that third-party tracking pixels on lifestance.com collected and disclosed patient information to Meta and Google without permission. If you were a LifeStance patient between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2023, you may be eligible for a pro rata cash payment, and patients who booked at least one session through the online booking tool claim from a separate subclass fund. LifeStance denies any wrongdoing and the court has not ruled on the allegations. The claim deadline is September 29, 2026, and filing on the official settlement site is free.

Two subclasses share a $3,027,874.44 fund: $1,203,405.00 for patients who booked at least one session through the online booking tool, and $1,824,469.44 for every other patient in the class period.
