Hall v. Rapid Investments, LLC and Axiom Bank, N.A. · 3:25-cv-05039-BHS · U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington at Tacoma

A valid claim receives at least $15, plus three times the fees charged on the release card. If the $4.2 million fund cannot cover every claim, payments are reduced proportionally, so amounts are estimates rather than guarantees.

The claim deadline for this record has passed, so there is no eligibility check or tracker here. Check the official site for any remaining updates — payment news in particular — before you act.
