Wellstar Health System website tracking settlement
Wellstar Health System has agreed to a $4,250,000 settlement of claims that tracking pixels on its website and patient portal passed patient information to third parties including Meta and Google. If you live in the United States and your information was disclosed through those tracking technologies between February 19, 2020 and July 22, 2026, you may be eligible for a pro rata cash payment; the per-person amount is not fixed and depends on how many valid claims arrive, so treat any figure as an estimate. Wellstar denies the allegations and the court has not decided who is right. Claims are due November 10, 2026, and filing on the official settlement site is free.
