OneTouchPoint data incident settlement

OneTouchPoint, a Wisconsin printing and mailing vendor used by health plans and providers, settled claims over a cybersecurity incident in or about April 2022. The monetary class is everyone in the United States and its territories whose information OneTouchPoint's own investigation found was affected, so if you were notified you may be eligible. A claim pays $75 with no documents at all, or documented losses up to $500 ordinary and $5,000 extraordinary plus $25 an hour for up to four hours, alongside two years of credit monitoring; the administrator reviews each claim, so amounts are not guaranteed. Claims close November 16, 2026, and filing on the official site is free.

When the money moves

What the official materials say about the payment schedule for this settlement, and what the administrator has published since. Every figure below is linked to the page it was read from.

Expected

The settlement materials do not give a payment date. The final approval hearing is set for November 18, 2026, and distribution would follow approval and the end of any appeal.

Read off the official notice, in its own words. These dates slip — an appeal can move a distribution by a year or more — so treat it as the administrator's plan rather than a schedule.

Dusterhoft v. OneTouchPoint, Inc. · 2025CV002181 · Circuit Court of Waukesha County, Wisconsin

A flat $75 alternative payment needs no documents. Instead of it you can claim ordinary documented losses up to $500 or extraordinary documented losses up to $5,000, plus $25 an hour for up to four hours of time spent. The monetary class can also claim two years of single-bureau credit monitoring with at least $1 million of fraud protection. The administrator reviews every claim for completeness and plausibility and may ask for more, so no amount is guaranteed. The online form needs the claim number and PIN from the notice; a printable form does not. Filing is free.
