Model and year are a starting point, not a decision — coverage usually turns on the individual vehicle. Check yours on the official claim page, which is where any VIN lookup lives.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Mavis Tire Supply, LLC (Assurance of Voluntary Compliance) · Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania

Mavis is paying $215,000 in total: $190,000 set aside for consumer restitution and $25,000 toward costs, with a further $100,000 penalty suspended unless the company breaks the agreement. The Attorney General's office decides who is paid and how much out of that $190,000, so no individual amount is promised and anything quoted is an estimate. Complaints need enough supporting material — invoices, receipts, card statements — for the office to assess them.
