FTC Zurixx Refunds
The FTC is sending 19,744 payments totaling more than $1.8 million to people who paid Zurixx for real estate investment coaching and accepted a first refund, after more than $10.3 million went out in July 2024. The FTC and Utah's Division of Consumer Protection said Zurixx used false promises to sell the training, and the defendants agreed to pay money and to stop selling these programs. Payments come from FTC records with no claim form described, and a check should be cashed within 90 days; the FTC's page does not state a date range for qualifying purchases, so call the refund administrator on 1-888-906-0593 to check. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
