FTC WealthPress Refunds

The FTC is sending 6,290 payments totaling more than $177,000 to people who paid investment advice company WealthPress $2,500 or more and accepted a first refund, after the April 2024 round paid out more than $978,000. Payments come by check or PayPal — cash a check within 90 days, accept a PayPal payment within 30. The FTC's page does not state a date range for eligible purchases; the refund administrator can be reached on 1-877-231-0641. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
