FTC SuperGoodDeals.com Refunds
The FTC is sending a second round of 2,986 payments totaling more than $20,000 to people who bought facemasks and other personal protective equipment from SuperGoodDeals.com on a promise of next-day shipping the company did not keep. These payments go to people who accepted a payment from the first round, which returned more than $85,000 in December 2024, and a check should be cashed within 90 days. The FTC's page does not state a date range for affected orders — call the refund administrator on 1-844-804-5352 to check. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
