FTC The Sales Mentor Refunds

The FTC is sending 1,623 payments totaling more than $136,000 to people who paid for telemarketing training programs from The Sales Mentor — Sales Closer Academy, Inbound Closer, Inbound Closer Accelerator and Sales Pro Academy — and who accepted the first round of refunds, which paid out more than $802,000 in January 2025. Payments arrive by check or PayPal with no claim form described: cash a check within 90 days, accept a PayPal payment within 30. The FTC's page does not state a date range for qualifying purchases, so call the refund administrator on 1-877-930-1733 to check whether you may be eligible. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
