FTC Roca Labs Refunds
The FTC is sending 7,481 payments totaling more than $409,000 to people who bought weight-loss products from Roca Labs, which the FTC says falsely marketed its supplements as an alternative to gastric bypass surgery and threatened customers who posted negative reviews. Those payments arrive as a check to cash within 90 days or a PayPal payment to accept within 30. Separately, the FTC mailed claim forms to 34 people who bought a Roca Labs product before October 2015, with a filing deadline of October 7, 2025, and it has not announced a mailing date for those payments. Questions go to the refund administrator, Simpluris, at 1-866-675-3043. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
