FTC RevMountain Refunds
The FTC is sending a second round of 13,602 checks totaling more than $257,600 to people charged by RevMountain for low-cost trials of tooth whiteners and similar products, limited to those who accepted their first payment and paid the company more than $375; the first round in April 2023 returned more than $780,300. Checks are mailed with no claim form described, and you have 90 days to cash one. The FTC's page does not state a date range for affected charges — call the refund administrator at 1-888-574-7818 to check. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
