FTC NutraClick Refunds

The FTC is sending checks to people charged by NutraClick for unwanted trial memberships covering supplements and beauty products sold as Force Factor, Peak Life, ProBioSlim, SomnaPure, VolcaNO, and Stages of Beauty. This round goes to customers who did not already get a payment, after a January 2023 distribution returned more than $635,000; the page does not say how many checks are going out or their total. A check must be cashed within 60 days, shorter than the usual 90. The FTC's page does not state a date range for affected charges, so call the refund administrator on 1-844-735-1139 to check. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
