FTC NGL Settlement

NGL Labs and its co-founders agreed to pay $4.5 million to settle FTC and Los Angeles District Attorney charges that fake messages pushed users into paid subscriptions and that NGL Pro billed a recurring weekly fee of up to $9.99 without consent. You may have been eligible if you paid for NGL Pro between January 2022 and July 2024 and had unauthorized charges, but the claim deadline was April 6, 2026 and the FTC is no longer accepting claims. If you filed, there is nothing more to do now: the FTC is reviewing claims and expects to send payments in 2026 in the payment type you chose, with amounts depending on how many people applied. There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
