FTC Nexway Refunds
The FTC is sending a second round of 4,305 payments totaling over $110,000 to people who lost money to a tech support scam run under names including Tech Live Connect, Saburi TLC, and Sensei Ventures, using funds from its case against payment processor Nexway. You may be eligible if you accepted the first payment, sent in February 2024 as part of more than $477,000 in earlier refunds, and paid Nexway more than $207. Payments are automatic: cash a check within 90 days, or accept a PayPal payment within 30. The FTC's page does not state a date range for affected purchases, so call the refund administrator at 1-888-995-0315 to check. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
