FTC Legion Media Refunds
The FTC is sending 1,215,337 payments totaling more than $27.6 million to people billed by Legion Media, KP Commerce and their personal care brands, including Botanical Farms, Bliss Brands, Optimal MaxKeto, Supreme CBD and Truly Keto, which the FTC says overcharged customers or signed them up for auto-renewing plans without consent. Payments arrive by check or PayPal — cash a check within 90 days, accept a PayPal payment within 30. The FTC's page does not state a date range for affected purchases; the administrator is Rust, on 1-866-914-9330. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
