FTC Herbalife Refunds

The FTC is mailing a third round of 42,713 checks totaling more than $4.2 million to people who lost money running Herbalife businesses, after rounds in January 2017 and May 2019 returned nearly $194.3 million. This round goes to people who cashed an earlier check in this matter and paid Herbalife at least $50, so you may be eligible if that describes you. Cash the check within 90 days; the FTC's page does not state a date range for the affected distributors, so call the refund administrator on 1-844-322-8146 to check. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
