FTC refund program · Closed — deadline passed
This claim window has closed. The deadline we have on file is May 12, 2026. Check the official page before spending time on this record — deadlines are sometimes extended, and where the official notice disagrees with this page, the notice is right.
FTC Golden Sunrise Settlement
Golden Sunrise sold its Primary, Emergency D-Virus, Metabolic and Cancer Plans of Care between July 2017 and July 2020, and the FTC alleged they were falsely marketed as treatments for COVID-19, cancer, Parkinson's disease and other serious conditions. In February 2026 the FTC sent 578 checks totaling more than $40,700 to buyers who filed a valid claim in 2025, and those checks should be cashed within 90 days. The claim deadline was May 12, 2026 and no new claims are accepted — if you filed one, the FTC is still reviewing it and expects to send more payments in late 2026, with amounts depending on how many people applied. Questions go to the refund administrator on 1-844-804-3922. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.
There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
