Money Owed To Me

FTC refund program · Open

FTC Financial Education Services Settlement

The FTC is sending 443,048 checks totaling more than $10.9 million to people who paid the credit repair operation Financial Education Services — also trading as United Wealth Education and United Wealth Services — between May 2019 and May 2022. If you paid in that window you may be eligible; the page describes checks going out with no claim form to file. Cash the check within 90 days, and direct questions to the refund administrator, Analytics, on 1-833-699-7995. The FTC will not ask you to pay money to receive a refund.

There is no claim form for this one. The administrator pays consumers it has already identified, so the useful step is to make sure they can reach you — not to file anything. Anyone offering to file it for you, for a fee, is selling you nothing.
